This matter pertains to the Bench of Hon’ble Shri Justice S.G. Mehare. Since the Court is not available today, it is assigned to this Bench.
In the morning at mentioning time, learned advocate for the applicant mentioned the matter for urgent listing stating that he has telephonically received information that applicant’s father namely Shantaram Abhiman Koli, has expired in the morning at 5.00 a.m. and his funeral is to be performed today. Accordingly, considering the urgency papers are called.
Heard.
Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 06th March, 2023. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice for respondent – State.
Considering the situation, the applicant is directed to be released forthwith on temporary bail on executing Personal Bond of Rs.15,000/-.
The applicant shall attend funeral of his father in police escort. After the funeral is over, he shall be brought back to the prison.
