After some hearing, Mr. Kaushik, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, we clarify that disposal of this writ petition would not stand in the way of the respondents considering the representation made by the petitioner on its own merits.
