This is a joint application under Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016 filed by the Financial Creditor as well as by the Corporate Debtor. For the reasons stated in the joint application the Applicants have prayed for grant of eight weeks time for compliance of settlement in the matter of Bank of India vs. Swadeshi Aluminium Co. (P) Ltd. vide case CP (IB) No. 231/ND/2021 in the interest of justice.

The application is allowed. Eight weeks time from today is granted. Ld. Counsels and the parties are directed to ensure that the matter is amicably resolved before the next date of hearing in all respects. If the matter is resolved before the next date of hearing Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor may move appropriate application for withdrawal of the matter.
