Judgment

The instant petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:
a) The respondent may kindly be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner, Annexure PÂ1, within time bound manner or the petitioner
may kindly be transferred in any above mentioned station.
Records reveal that the instant petition was prepared on 15.06.2021 and filed on 17.06.2021 and immediately thereafter vide notification/office order
dated 18.06.2021, the petitioner came to be transferred from HSC Seridhar, Block Janjehli to HSC Kutahachi, Block Ratti, District Mandi, with
immediate effect, thus rendering the instant petition infructuous. However, it is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the
aforesaid orders, her client has not been relieved, even though, her substitute has also been appointed.
In such circumstances, we deem it proper to direct respondent No.2 to ensure that the petitioner is relieved forthwith on the production of a copy of
this order, if not already relieved, failing which, respondent No.2 shall make himself liable for punitive action including the action under the Contempt
of Courts Act.
The instant petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms, so also the pending application(s), if any.
