Judgment
Arindam Sinha, J
Ms. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant in the contempt application. He submits, there has been violation, willful and deliberate, of order dated 10th December, 2014 carrying following direction.
"xx xx In such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing opposite party no.3-Executive Officer, Paradeep Municipality, Paradeep to allot one of the above said two shop rooms in favour of the petitioner on compliance of necessary formalities within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition."
2 . Mr. Nayak, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of alleged contemner and submits, his client has also filed for review of said order. He submits, leave be granted for his client to file additional affidavit in the review application to demonstrate that the two shop rooms were not vacant on date of said order, thus there being error apparent, a good ground for review.
Copy of additional affidavit must be served on applicant by 16th December, 2021. Applicant will be entitled to use objection thereto on advance copy served. The affidavits be filed.
List along with RVWPET no.28 of 2015 on 4th January,2022.
