The instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a wrrit in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 08.10.20225 (Annexure P-7) passed by Ld. Presiding Officcer, DRT, Chandigarh dismissing the Scrutinization Application under Section 17 of SARFAESI Act, 2002 alonng with IA seeking stay and the order of taking possession dated 24.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent Noo.3 along with impugned noticces under Section 13(2) dated 17.10.2024 (Annexure P-1), Section 13 (4) daated 04.03.2025 (Annexure P-2)) issued by respondent-Bank and impugned noticce under Section 14 of SARFAESII Act, 2002 dated 10.09.2025 (Annexure P-6) issued by respondent No.4.
Mr. Vipul Dharmani, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf off respondents Noo.1 and 2 and filed vakalatnama, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitiooner could not adhere to the undertaking giiven before this Court on 23.100.2025. He seeks permission for withdrawal of the present petition.
Prayer is accepted.
