Judgment
Notice of the applications.
Mr. Saajan Singla, Advocate, for Mr. Manu K. Bhandari, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent No. 3-Management.
Prayer in C.M. No. 11051 of 2019 is for placing on record compromise/settlement dated 08.12.2018 (Annexure A-1) which has been entered into between the petitioner and respondent No. 3.
For the reasons mentioned in this application, the same is allowed. Compromise/settlement dated 08.12.2018 (Annexure A-1) is taken on record.
Prayer in C.M. No. 11049 of 2019 is for fixing an early actual date of hearing for disposal of the writ petition in the light of the compromise/settlement dated 08.12.2018 (Annexure A-1) which has been entered into between the parties i.e. the applicant-petitioner as well as respondent No. 3-Management.
Prayer made by the counsel for the applicant-petitioner is not opposed by the counsel for respondent No. 3 (contesting).
In the light of the above, this application is allowed and the writ petition is taken on Board with the consent of the parties for final disposal.

In the light of the compromise/settlement dated 08.12.2018 (Annexure A-1), the matter having been amicably settled between the parties and it has been stated by the counsel for the parties that even the consequential benefits have been released to the petitioner by the management, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. The same is disposed of as such.
