Petitioner has filed the instant petition seeking mandamus directing the respondents not to remove him from the post of Granthi without holding a proper inquiry as also not to interfere in his functioning as a Granthi of Gurdwara Shree Patshahi Nauvi, Joga (Mansa).
On a specific query having been put to counsel, it has been conceded that as of date no final order has been passed against the petitioner and in terms of which he has been removed.
The instant petition is founded on a mere apprehension that he may be removed from the post of Granthi in the near future.
Counsel would vehemently contend that perusal of documents at Annexure P-2 would demonstrate that the respondents are in the process of taking a decision to remove the petitioner from the post of Granthi.
Even if that be so, the document at Annexure P-2 can at best be seen as a link in the decision making process and not the final decision.
The instant writ petition is clearly pre-mature.
No interference in the matter is warranted.
Petition is dismissed.
