O R D E R
13.10.2023: In the aforesaid batch of appeals Judgment has already been delivered on 10.10.2023, however, subsequently it was noticed that on 31.08.2023, Ld. Counsel for the CCI had produced original order sheet of the case which was taken on record. Since, the appeals have been disposed of it is directed to return the original copy to the CCI.
Office is directed to return the original order sheets obtained from the CCI and taken on record by order dated 31.08.2023 to CCI forthwith.
