Sanjay Karol, J.—Private respondent Smt. Surekha Devi stands engaged as an Anganwari Worker at Anganwari Centre Baidi Ghati. Petitioner Smt. Baljeet Kaur challenged the same only on the ground that respondent did not belong to the feeding area, which fact was found to be incorrect by the Additional Deputy Commissioner vide its impugned order dated 12th November, 2010. Grounds of challenge to such appointment are now sought to be expanded by way of present petition and it is urged that Smt. Surekha Devi is actually having income more than the prescribed limit, inasmuch as her husband owns large chunk of agricultural land. To this effect document, i.e. Jamabandi (Annexure P-4), has been placed on record. To rebut the same, it is urged by Smt. Surekha Devi that question of her income has already been considered and as such petition is misconceived.

2.

Petitioner Smt. Baljeet Kaur cannot be permitted to raise a fresh ground of challenge, in the instant petition, and more particularly when the same was neither adverted to nor adjudicated upon before the authorities below. As such, no orders can be passed in the present petition, save and except that petitioner may bring all these facts to the notice of the appropriate authorities and it is for them to take action, if required, in accordance with law.

In view of the foregoing reasons, petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
