Heard. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the application is disposed of.

The Appellant is the Petitioner in the writ petition. The writ petition was filed challenging the selection and appointment of the private Respondents as Electronics Mechanic Instructors. Though various grounds were taken in the challenge, the writ petition was dismissed, adverting to all the grounds taken by the writ Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the Appellant, having also perused the records, despite having made persuasive attempt for the reversal of the judgment, finally submits that he may be granted an opportunity to approach the Government by way of appropriate representation for considering his case in respect of any of the vacancies available as of now in the post since the Appellant is otherwise qualified and eligible and there being no dispute in that regard. In the above circumstances, this appeal is disposed of making it clear that the dismissal of the writ petition filed by the Appellant-Petitioner shall not stand in the way of the Appellant-Petitioner, making appropriate representation before the first Respondent seeking indulgence of the first Respondent for appointment in any of the vacancies in the post of the Electronics Mechanic Instructors, since the Appellant had undergone a valid process for selection and the Appellant is otherwise qualified and eligible. In the event of such a representation being received, appropriate orders in the light of the above observations will be passed by the first Respondent within four weeks.
The appeal is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
