Judgment

Petitioner seeks issuance of necessary directions to the official respondents in the context of disqualification incurred by respondent No.3 in terms of
his submission of technical bid on the basis of forged documents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even if he has not challenged rejection of his technical bid, still he is competent to pin point
disqualification incurred by respondent No.3. In the event of finding respondent No.3 to be disqualified, it has to be process of re-tendering in which
petitioner along with others would participate.
Precisely for the grievance in question, petitioner has also filed a representation for the rejection of technical bid of respondent No.3 in the aforesaid
context.
At this juncture, this Court is not in a position to appreciate the arguments raised by learned counsel for the petitioner, but still respondent No.2 can
be asked to have a fair look on the grievance of the petitioner pending in the form of representation dated 06.04.2018 (Annexure P-9).
Let the needful be done within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order without being influenced by any statement of fact
made hereinabove.
Disposed of.
