This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing.

The present revision is by the CCL through her father guardian under Section 102 of the J.J.(Care and Protection of Children)Act.

The offences alleged under Sections 302/301/34/ 364/ 120-B of I.P.C. as per the charge sheet submitted.

It is submitted that the CCL petitioner is observation home since 04.01.2020. It is further submitted that as per the social investigation report there is

nothing adverse against the petitioner and he is not the principal accused in the case.

After hearing learned counsel for the State and considering the circumstances of the case as well as the social investigation report of the petitioner,

it is directed that the petitioner be released on bail by the learned P.M.J.J.B., Nabarangpur in Juvenile Case No.01 of 2020, arising out of Kosagumuda

P.S. Case No.153 of 2019 on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter including the condition that the

father of the petitioner shall furnish an undertaking before the JJB to take proper care of the CCL and to avoid his association with other anti socials.
