ORDER
RP is neither present physically nor virtually despite repeated calls. Registry is directed to report this matter to IBBI for necessary action. It is stated by Ld. Counsel for RP that the meeting with Punjab & Sind Bank has been convened but the minutes of the meeting have not been placed on record. Ld. Counsel for the RP is directed to place on record the minutes of the meeting before the next date of the hearing. RP is directed to inform this Bench on the next date of hearing whether the notice has been given to all the creditors regarding the recommendation by RP report under Sections 99 and 106 of the Code and also file an affidavit with evidence. RP is directed to come physically or online to justify why in the other four matters the meetings of creditors are stated to be dispensed and only in the case of Bal Krishan, PG Swati Cast & Forge Pvt. Ltd. the meeting stated to be convened. Let the matter be listed for consideration on 21.10.2024.
