By order dated 06.05.2022, this appeal was dismissed. As yet, not even an application has been filed for restoration.
Mr. P. Shirodkar holding for Mr. A. Kakodkar, learned Counsel for the appellant states that they are yet to obtain instructions on the issue of seeking restoration.
In the above circumstances, there is no reason why the claimants' application for withdrawal of the balance compensation amount deposited in this Court should not be granted. The Registry to therefore permit the claimants to withdraw the balance compensation amount together with the interest that shall have accrued thereon.
For this purpose, the claimants will have to furnish their identity documents and bank details. The Registry to transfer the amounts directly into the bank account of the claimants.
Mr. Bandekar, learned Counsel for the claimants states that the bank details have already been furnished to the Registry.
