ORDER
There has been no representation in the matter on behalf of the operational creditor, when the matter was called on 08.03.2022, 05.04.2022 and even today i.e. 04.05.2022. It appears that the Operational Creditor is not interested in pursuing the present company petition and hence, the same shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution and even there is no representation on behalf of the corporate debtor.
