Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, opposite party no.3 had duly executed sale deed in favour of his client.

Payment of consideration was stated in the deed. It was registered. Said opposite party, thereafter, presented and got registered cancellation deed

dated 26th February, 2011. He submits, all this was done behind back of his client. His client came to know recently, obtained certified copy and filed

the writ petition.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

Opposite party no.2 will be heard regarding procedure adopted in registering the cancellation deed, whether it was noticed to petitioner.

Furthermore, whether any action for prosecuting petitioner regarding registration of the sale deed by impersonation was initiated by said opposite

party.

Issue notice along with this order on opposite party no.3. Petitioner will put in requisites.

List on 23rd February, 2022.
