The present applications have been filed by the appellants for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order, on the grounds stated

therein.

Considered the grounds mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed. The applications are accordingly disposed of.

Fresh appeal has been filed by the appellants u/s 26 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act-2002, against the order dated 18.02.2020 passed by the

Adjudicating Authority in O.C. no. 1317/2020.

Issue notice in the appeals as well as stay applications. Ms. Shilpi S. Satyam, ld. counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and seeks four weeks

time to file the reply to the appeals as well as to the stay applications, which is not objected. Let the reply to the appeals and stay applications be filed

within four weeks with an advance copy to the other side who may file the rejoinder to the appeals within four weeks thereafter, if any.

The present application has been filed by appellant in appeal no. FPa-PMLA-3907/GWT/2021 Ekta Kathotia to pass a direction to the respondent

herein to de-seal/release the property in question of the appellant, on the grounds stated therein.

During the course of hearing, the ld. counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant has already been evicted from the property in view of the

notice eviction u/s 8(4) of PMLA-2002 dated 08.02.2021.

Issue notice. Ms. Shilpi S. Satyam, ld. counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and seeks four weeks time to file the reply to the said application,
