Amol Rattan Singh, J

Pursuant to the order dated 08.03.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is handing over Rs. 7,000/- to the husband of the respondent, i.e. to Nahar Singh, who is present in Court and is identified by learned counsel for the respondent.

In future, the petitioner, to comply with the order dated 08.03.2019, would deposit monthly installments of Rs. 7,000/- over a period of 15 months in the bank account of the respondent, such account number having been given to him by learned counsel for the respondent today.

If the instalment are paid timely every month over the next 15 months, thereby returning the entire decretal amount, as per the undertaking recorded in the order dated 08.03.2019, naturally, the petition would be taken to have been allowed to the aforesaid extent, of the impugned order having been modified, with the money being returned over the aforesaid period.

However, if there is any default in any instalment at any stage, this order shall be deemed to have not been passed and the petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed.

Naturally, in case of any default, the respondent would be at liberty to immediately approach the execution Court with this order, to get the decree executed.
