The petitioner has challenged the pay fixation orders.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 13.08.2021, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.609 of 2020 (S/S), Ramchandra Tomar vs. State of Uttarakhand and others and connected cases.
Learned State counsel admits that the issue is covered by the judgment dated 13.08.2021, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.609 of 2020 (S/S), Ramchandra Tomar vs. State of Uttarakhand and others and connected cases. He would also submit that similar controversy has also decided on 05.01.2024 in Writ Petition No.1600 of 2022 (S/S), Yatendra Singh Rana Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, and connected cases.
Since, the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 13.08.2021, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.609 of 2020 (S/S), Ramchandra Tomar vs. State of Uttarakhand and others and connected cases.
