The petitioner, who is working as Senior Executive Assistant under the Vegetable Fruit Promotion Council Keralam at Kannur, has filed this writ petition challenging Ext.P1 order by which he stands transferred to Wayanad. It is pointed out that all those who are included in Ext.P1 have been transferred on the basis of their request and he alone is discriminated.

2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.

3.

As the petitioner has very serious grievances against the order of transfer, I deem it appropriate that the petitioner has to approach the Board of Directors.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the Board of Directors within a period of one week and with a further direction to the Board of Directors of the Vegetable Fruits Promotion Council to consider and pass orders on such representation, within a further period of three weeks. Till orders are passed on such representation, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue in the same station at Kannur.
