This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to give them the benefit of Sthai Karmi as given to various similarly situated Section Writers, in accordance with circular dated 07.10.2016 (Annexure P/2) and several order (s) of the High Court as well as the Supreme Court regarding the entitlement of Section Writers to the benefit of Sthai Karmi.
2 . Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners' claim f o r grant of benefits under the GAD circular dated 07.10.2016 were not considered in the first round on the ground that said circular is not applicable to Section Writer.
Later on, said circular dated 03.05.2018 treating the Section Writers out of purview of GAD circular dated 07.10.2016 has been quashed by a Coordinate Bench vide order dated 21.11.2019 passed in W.P. No.12162/2018 and that order was upheld by Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A. No.238/2022 where after Review Petition No.441/2022 was dismissed and then SLP too was dismissed vide order dated 28.11.2022, therefore, prayer is to direct the respondents to consider case of the petitioners and their representation as contained in Annexure P-15 in terms of GAD circular dated 07.10.2016.
This innocuous prayer is not opposed by Pradyumna Kibe, learned Panel Lawyer for the State.

Accordingly, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction that if the petitioners file a fresh representation before competent authority within a period of fifteen days from today along with certified copy of the order being passed today, then same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority within a further period of sixty days through a speaking order under communication to the petitioners.
In above terms, this writ petition is disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
