1.

The grievance of the petitioner concerns the timings settled on 16.01.2017 for operation of the stage carriage service for which temporary permit has been granted to him. According to the petitioner, since the suggestions made by him in the timing conference were not acceptable, he did not participate thereafter in the meeting. It is also pointed out that the timings settled on 16.01.2017 is contrary to the direction issued by this Court in Ext.P3 judgment. The petitioner, therefore, seeks direction for revising the timings assigned to the service of the petitioner on 16.01.2017.

2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader.

3.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the timings assigned to him by the second respondent on 16.01.2017, he has to challenge the same before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal. The question as to whether the timings assigned to the petitioner is in tune with Ext.P3 judgment is a matter to be considered by the Tribunal.

In the circumstances, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to move the Tribunal, the writ petition is dismissed.
