The petitioner in these bail applications are the accused in Crime Nos. 651/2019, 1020/2019, 1120/2019, 1909/2019 & 36/2021 of Museum Police Station.
Today, when these bail applications came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in these cases were already over and the final report is also filed before the Jurisdictional Court. If that is the case, this bail application need not be retained. There is already an interim order in these cases to the effect that, the petitioner shall not be arrested, until served with notice under Sec.41A Cr.P.C. In such situation, the petitioner can be directed to appear before the court concerned, if not already appeared, and if any application for bail is submitted by the petitioner before the court concerned, the court concerned will consider the same in the light of the fact that there was an interim order in these bail applications.
With the above observation, these bail applications are disposed of.
