ORDER
On behalf of the Respondent, a ‘Memo’, is filed before the ‘Office of the Registry’, dated 14.02.2023 (received by the ‘Registry’ on 15.02.2023), stating that the ‘Successful Resolution Applicant’ M/s. Ansio Private Limited, had contravened ‘The Approved Terms of Resolution Plan’ and hence, the ‘Monitoring Committee’ had recommended, for the Liquidation of the ‘Corporate Debtor’. Thereupon, an IA 985/2022, was filed for Comp. App. (AT) (CH) (Ins) No. 157 /2022 Page 1 of 2 Liquidation of the ‘Corporate Debtor’ and the same, was allowed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench, through its Order dated 24.01.2023, in IBA/216/2019, by appointing the Respondent, as Liquidator.
In view of the above, in the instant Comp App(AT)(CH) (Ins) No.157/2022, nothing survives for Judgement, by this ‘Tribunal’. On recording the said fact, the instant Comp App(AT)(CH) (Ins) No.157/2022, is ‘Dismissed’ as an ‘Infructuous One’. No costs.
