Notice confined to respondents No. 4 to 6 at this stage. No notice need to be issued to respondents No. 1 to 3 and 7. Mr. Shashi Shirshoo, learned
Central Government Counsel appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No. 4 to 6.
Learned Senior Counsel for the review petitioners seeks review of the judgment delivered in CWP No. 2893 of 2016 alongwith connected matters
by contending that the directions are also required to be issued to the respondents for completing the direct recruitment process on the left out seats
after adjustment of original respondents No. 1 to 3. The contention is misplaced as the directions now prayed for by the review petitioners are
inherently included in the operative part of the judgment. It goes without saying that after adjustment of the original respondents No. 1 to 3, the official
respondents shall be at liberty to complete the direct recruitment process initiated pursuant to advertisement dated 14.11.2015.
With the aforesaid directions, the review petition is disposed of.
