This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.
 2. Mr. Barik, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the situation as far as cleaning of the Petanala (waste sewerage canal) is rather serious
and a mere direction for disposal of the representation will not serve the purpose.
 3. Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned AGA accepts notice on behalf of Opposite Parties 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 and seeks time to obtain instructions on what
mechanism can be put in place to address the Petitioner’s grievance on an urgent basis. Copy of the petition also be served on Mr. Debasis
Nayak, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC).

 5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order
