ORDER

Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor present.

Vide order dated 27.04.2022 in CP(IBC)/56(KB)2019, CIRP has already been initiated against the Corporate Debtor. Therefore, C.P. (IB)/111(KB)2022 has become infructuous and is dismissed as such. The Financial Creditor may file its claim with the IRP appointed in the matter.
