This is third application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail. The second application was dismissed by the Coordinate Bench of this
Court by order dated 27.10.2021 passed in M.Cr.C. No.52862/2021 as withdrawn. As the Hon'ble Judge has been transferred, therefore, this
application has been placed before this Court.
The applicant has been arrested on 07.06.2021 in connection with Crime No.136/2021 registered by Police Station â€" Bamori, District Guna for
offence punishable under Sections 304-B, 498-A of IPC.
The previous two bail applications were withdrawn from the Coordinate Bench of this Court. The applicant is the husband and the deceased died
within three years of her marriage.

At this stage, Counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of all
material witnesses.
