On the asking of the Court, Ms. Rajni Gupta, Senior D.A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

In this petition, the petitioner seeks his release on anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No.95, dated 21.08.2016, initially registered under Sections 382,

324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (later on added Sections 379-B and 411 of the Indian Penal Code), at Police Station Ajitwal, District Moga.

From the order (Annexure P-4), it is seen that the petitioner was originally granted regular bail by the Ld. Court below when the offences

mentioned in the F.I.R. were restricted to Sections 382, 324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Subsequently, after completion of investigation, the offences under Sections 379-B and 411 of the Indian Penal Code were added.

As investigation is already complete and challan submitted, so custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required at this stage.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The petitioner shall, therefore, be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Ld. Trial Court on

appropriate terms and conditions in view of addition of these new Sections.
