Mr Jagtiani states that there is an extreme urgency because in the last four weeks, the Bhilar Grampanchayat and other authorities have purported to widen a road that runs through the Petitioner’s property and which the Petitioner claims is a private access road although certain villagers have been allowed to use it. The photographs indicate that there is widespread cutting of trees and forest/tree corer for destruction at the road.
Notices served through an email to the Grampanchayat has been returned back as undelivered.
Until the next date, there is to be no further the work in respect of the road, a map of which is at page 34 Exhibit “C” to the Petition.
Mr Crasto, AGP for the State will immediately informed the Grampanchayat about this order. A copy of the order available within an hour.
List the matter high on board on 21st March 2024.
Petitioners will give fresh notice by hand delivery and courier to the Grampanchayat and other Respondents.
All concerned will act on an authenticated copy of this order.
