ORDER
On the Application filed by the Corporate Debtor asking for mediator over the proceedings (IBA/660/2019) u/s. of IBC moved by a Nationalised Bank, based on Companies (Mediation & Conciliation) Rules 2016, when we have asked this Applicant counsel as to how these Rules are applicable to IBC proceedings, the Applicant counsel has failed to show any provision under IBC envisaging the aforesaid Rules are even applicable to IBC proceedings, therefore this MA/905/2019 is hereby dismissed as misconceived.
