Judgment

Heard on I.A. No. 812/2026 which is application for modification of order dated 06.01.2026.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that inadvertently due to typographical mistake, in second para of the order, it is mentioned that application under section 14 of SARFAESI Act was filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ujjain, infact the application was filed before the Additional District Magistrate, Dewas. It has also been mentioned that the complaint made to respondent No. 3 herein is not made to "IIFL" but "A.U. Small Finance Bank Ltd."
On due consideration of aforesaid, the I.A. is allowed. It is directed that in second para of the order dated 06.01.2026, in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ujjain", it be read as "Additional District Magistrate, Dewas" and in place of "IIFL" it be read as "A U Small Finance Bank Ltd.".
With the aforesaid modification, I.A. is disposed of.
As a consequence, the petition stands disposed off.
This order shall be read conjointly with the order dated 06.01.2026.
