Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
(1) For issuing a writ of certiorari for quashing the orders at Annexure P-5.
(2) For issuing a writ of Mandamus to the Respondents for regularizing the services of the Petitioners in accordance with law on the basis of Mandays Chart enclosed at Annexure P-3 along with all consequential benefits.
The Conservator of Forests, Mandi is present. It is submitted that having gone through the files and the previous records, it appears that certain mistakes have crept in. It is submitted that the Conservator of Forests, Nahan Circle, District Sirmaur will look into the matter and take appropriate action to rectify the records, and justice will be done to the Petitioners by granting the relief to which they are entitled as per the records. The needful, as above, will be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment and the copy of the writ petition by the Petitioners before the Conservator of Forests, Nahan Circle, District Sirmaur. In the process, the report of the Committee will also be taken into consideration. The Petitioners may take back a copy of the writ petition from the office of the learned Advocate General for production before the Conservator of Forests, Nahan Circle.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
