This original petition was filed by the applicants before the Tribunal in O.A.(EKM) No.426 of 2024. This matter is relating to the reporting of vacancies of HSST (Junior) (Commerce) to the Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC). In the order dated 26.03.2024, the Tribunal did not direct the respondents to report the 80 vacancies of HSST (Junior) (Commerce) to the PSC. Accordingly, the petitioners have approached this Court by filing this original petition.
This Court, on 12.04.2024, passed the following order:
“The Second respondent is directed to report the 80 vacancies of HSST (Junior) (Commerce) to the Kerala Public Service Commission today (12.04.2024) itself, before 5 pm, provisionally. However, these vacancies shall not be advised without orders from this Court”.
Whether the existing vacancies have been reported or not to the PSC is a matter to be decided by the Tribunal finally. The Government shall also file a statement before the Tribunal in this regard. The petitioners are given liberty to agitate all these causes before the Tribunal.
With the said liberty as above, this original petition stands disposed of.
