Judgment
Matter called twice. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This Court on 08.10.2026, has passed the following order:-

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
List on 17.10.2026.
By the next date of hearing, if there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the petition shall be dismissed for non-prosecution."
Inspite of the same, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even today. Therefore, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
