Judgment
IA No. 204/JPR/2019 is filed by SBI Funds Management Pvt. Ltd. for condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the claim in Form-B before the learned Liquidator. The applicant states that the he was unaware about the public announcement with respect to CIRP being initiated against the Corporate Debtor and hence could not submit the claim in time. The learned counsel further states that the day on which the applicant came to know on 28.03.2019 about the CIRP/liquidation being initiated against the Corporate Debtor, on the very same day they have filed the claim and further states that the delay was not intentional and in the interest of justice the same may be condoned. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel and the documents filed, application is allowed thereby condoning the delay of 12 days in filing the claim before Liquidator. Liquidator is directed to except the claim adjudicate as per law and after admission of the claim the list of stack-holders shall be amended/corrected accordingly.
IA No. 204/JPR/2019 is disposed off in terms of above order.
