IA 3190/2024 – The prayer in the present application is for withdrawing the CP/915/2022, in view of the settlement having been arrived at between the parties and the same having been approved by the CoC in its 11th meeting held on 24.06.2024. CoC has also approved withdrawal of IA 4449/2023 seeking liquidation which was reserved for orders vide order dated 16.01.2024. Allowed as prayed for. In view of the above, CP/915/2022 and IA 4449/2023 are disposed of as having been withdrawn.
