Mr. Rayaguru, learned advocate, Central Government Counsel appears on behalf of alleged contemner and files affidavit dated 22nd February, 2023. He draws attention to letter dated 6th February, 2023 written by the Assistant Personnel Officer to applicant. He submits, clear statement of revocation of removal has been made in the letter including requiring applicant to intimate mode of payment of his settlement dues to expedite his settlement case early.
Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, reality is otherwise. His client was turned away inspite of having submitted bank details.
Applicant will intimate in writing, mode of payment of his settlement dues, to expedite his settlement case early. The communication be made along with this order. Court accepts compliance by alleged contemner on reliance of statements made in said letter dated 6th February, 2023, to be carried out in the spirit of its writing.
The proceeding is dropped. The application is disposed of.
