Mr. Pankaj Sharma, learned AAG was directed yesterday to complete his instructions to settle out the situation regarding the petitioner as well as the private respondent No.3 to be adjusted at Sriganganagar itself.
Today, Mr. Sharma, learned AAG has placed on record the order dated 22.06.2022 whereby it has been directed that the petitioner would put his appearance in the office of the Superintending Engineer, PHED, Circle Sriganganagar in place of the office of Chief Engineer (Adm), PHED, Raj. Jaipur.
In view of the fact that the petitioner is to retire within a period of one month only, the operation and effect of the order dated 16.06.2022 qua the petitioner as well as the order dated 17.06.2022 whereby the petitioner has been relieved of his charge is stayed. As a subsequent order dated 22.06.2022 has also been passed which has been placed on record today, the same also deserves to be stayed and is also stayed.
However, it is also directed that the respondent authorities shall pass an appropriate order for place of posting qua respondent No.3 also at Sriganganar only. The respondent No.3 would be at liberty to supply the list of the vacant seats available at Sringanganagar where he can be posted.
