O R D E R
I.A. (IB) No. 1666/KB/2022 is an application under section 30(6) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, after approval of the resolution plan by the Committee of Creditors.
On perusal of the said I.A. it is found that in the affidavit given under section 29A of the Code does not contain the name of the Resolution Applicant at Paragraph 2 of the said affidavit (page 180 of the I.A).
Secondly, no Letter of Intent has been filed.
The Resolution Professional is directed to file a supplementary Affidavit within one week from the date of this order clarifying the same.

The Registry is directed to send e-mail copies of the order forthwith to all the parties for information and for taking necessary steps.
