Judgment

Notice. Mr. Ashwani Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
The petitioner has admittedly completed more than 4 years of service in the most difficult area, i.e. Govt. Senior Secondary School, Thachi, Mandi. Therefore, in terms of the Comprehensive Guiding Principles- 2013 for regulating the transfers of the State Government employees, he is entitled to be posted at one of the stations of his choice.
3 The petitioner has though mentioned certain stations of his choice in the petition, however, the same are not in accordance with the aforesaid comprehensive guiding principles.
4 Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondents clearly setting out therein five stations of his choice, out of which one essentially shall be out of his home district. In the event of such representation being made within one week, the respondents shall consider and decide the same; and thereafter issue consequential orders of transfer of the petitioner to any one of the stations as given in the representation within a period of three weeks, without insisting upon condition of reliever. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
