Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
The petitioner has been working continuously as A/C Operator in the tribal area at HPPWD Sub Division Kalpa, Division Kalpa, District Kinnaur, since 05.01.2017 and has thus completed his normal tenure of service. That being so, he is entitled to transfer to a soft area, in terms of the transfer policy, for which he has already given representation to respondent No.2, through proper channel, indicating three stations of his choice.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation to respondent No.2, mentioning five stations of his choice within two weeks from today, whereafter respondent No.2, shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with transfer policy, within a period of four weeks thereafter. The parties are left to bear their own costs. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
The parties shall not insist upon for obtaining certified copy of this order and shall download the same from the website of the High Court. However, the Registry is directed to send copy of this order to learned counsel for the parties through email subject to their furnishing email address, if so required.
