Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.452 dated 12.12.2019 under Section 79 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, 2015, registered at Police Station Saran, District Faridabad.

While granting interim bail to the petitioner, following order was passed by this Court on 15.01.2020: -

"Heard.

Precisely, the allegations against the petitioner is to the effect that he is running a shop under the name and style of shoe point at Faridabad and had employed one Munish aged about 13 years.

It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that In virtual Court the said employee had been only working during the day hours and neither he was kept in bondage nor his earning was withheld..."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation. It is further submitted that a period of about 01 year and 08 months has passed and there is no complaint against the petitioner that he has misused the concession of interim anticipatory bail.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Surender Singh, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 15.01.2020 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
