Judgment
Heard on I.A.No.6/2020 i.e. application for extention of time for compliance of Court's order dated 12.4.2020.
Mr.Ashutosh Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that on account of lockdown imposed by the Collector, Bilaspur and pursuant to
closure of this Court, interim order could not be complied with and soft copy of paper book could not be filed, therefore, interim order dated 12.4.2021
be extended, which is opposed by learned Advocate General appearing for respondents No.1 to 5.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since lockdown was imposed by the Collector, Bilaspur w.e.f. 14.4.2021, it appears that interim order could not be complied with. However,
considering the nature of dispute, filing of soft copy of paper book is dispensed with.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that delay in filing paper book (physical copy) be condoned for which he has already filed an
application, which is not opposed by learned counsel for other side.
In view of above, I.A.No.05/2021 for condonation of delay in filing paper book is allowed and delay in filing paper book is condoned. It be verified and
copy be supplied to learned counsel for other side.
However, other part of order be complied with through e-mail.
List these matters for final disposal at motion stage on 7 th May, 2021.
