While going through the records of this case, it appears that there is dispute in connection with the legal heirs of the deceased employee and a statement has been made in the counter-affidavit filed by the respondent - CCL that there is serious dispute as who is the rightful person to receive the death cum retiral benefit of late Saguni Bhuia and therefore the respondents are unable to consider the claim of petitioner for release of death cum retiral benefits. It has also been mentioned that if an order is received from any competent authority declaring any person as the rightful person entitled to receive the death cum retiral benefits, the same shall be released.
Since nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, post this case day after tomorrow i.e., on 12.10.2022 in the supplementary cause list.
