Judgment
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner against Ext.P12 order dated 29.04.2019 issued by the Tahsildar whereby the Non-creamy layer certificate
sought for by the petitioner was declined. Apparently such an order was passed by the authority taking into account the Government Order dated
31.05.2018. Now the government has issued an order dated 08.05.2019 as to the manner in which the application for community certificate is to be
reconsidered in the case of an inter-caste marriage. In that view of the matter, I am of the considered opinion that the application submitted by the
petitioner requires reconsideration.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the 3rd
respondent, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to reconsider the application submitted by the petitioner, taking into account the notification
dated 08.05.2019 bearing No.08/2019/PVVV at the earliest, at any rate within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
