Judgment
P. Sam Koshy, J
The limited grievance which the petitioner makes is for a direction to the respondents to decide the representation which the petitioner has made to
the department and the correspondences made by immediate superior of the petitioner to the higher authorities which is still pending consideration
before them.
Given the aforesaid request made by the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to take a
decision on the correspondence made by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest on 08.09.2011 as also letter of the Divisional Forest Officer dated
04.04.2011 seeking instructions/guidelines so far as the request for change of date of birth of the petitioner is concerned.
Let the respondent No.1 take a decision on this as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of
certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion so far as merits of the case is concerned. The respondents shall decide the request of
the petitioner purely in accordance with rules and law governing the filed.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
