Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
i) That the action of the Respondents in implicating the Applicant qua the amount of Rs. 31086/-, which was stolen, by way of theft may kindly be quashed and set aside.
ii) That the impugned order dated 1.7.2005 vide Annexure A-1, and the orders dated 1.2.2006 vide Annexure A-3 imposing the penalty of recovery against the Applicant, may kindly be quashed and set aside.
There is no reply as yet. It is seen from Annexure A-4, bye-laws, that the competent authority to initiate disciplinary action is Managing Director. Therefore, the action already taken by others is incompetent and Annexure A-3 is quashed. However, it is made clear that this judgment shall not stand in the way of the competent authority taking appropriate action against the Petitioner in accordance with law.
With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
