Mr. Das, the learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he will array the informant as O.P.No.2 in this petition in course of the day.

Let him do so.

Let notice be issued upon the newly added O.P.no.2 by registered post with A/d as well as under ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within a week.

Mr. A.K. Das, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submits that Assistant Treasurer has given in writing on 24.01.2018 that he has already handed over the amount lying in his hand to the Treasurer Rajmal Tudu. He further submits that subsequently a governing body meeting was convened on 30.05.2018 and in the governing body meeting again a decision to conduct audit was taken and in the said meeting Rajmal Tudu accepted that he has Rs.6,70,000/- in his hand and he will deposit the same and further assured that after audit, the said amount will also be deposited by him. He submits that the petitioner has been regularly conducting audit and on previous occasions the cash balance with the Association was around Rs.25,062.50 in the year 2012-13 and in the tenure of the petitioner the said amount has increased to Rs.19,14,654.45 during the assessment year 2018-19. He submits that the petitioner has been made scapegoat.
